Compositions based on mullite-corundum, zircon, clay and oxide additives

Compositions based on mullite-corundum, zircon, clay and oxide additives with environmentally safe aluminoboron-phosphate binder - self-curing mixtures for the manufacture of ceramic substrates 15*250*250 mm in size with 50 holes used in firing-on the glaze into insulators for internal combustion engine spark plugs. The substrates withstand more than 200 cycles at 1200°C, with one cycle being 4 hours.

Compositions based on mullite-corundum

Compositions based on mullite-corundum for glueing the products from mullite, mullite-corundum, quartz, silicon nitride with preferable porosity of no less than 10%.

Compositions based on Si₃N₄, SiC

Compositions based on Si₃N₄, SiC with oxide and silicate additives for glueing thermocouple sheaths from Si₃N₄ and SiC .

Al₂O₃ and SiC-based compositions

Al₂O₃ and SiC-based compositions with metallic oxide additives used to manufacture filters for cleaning aluminium and its alloys Массы на основе Al₂O₃, SiC с добавками оксидов металлов для изготовления фильтров, очищающих алюминий и его сплавы.

Ceramic mastic

Ceramic mastic based on refractory fillers and hydraulic binder for repairing ceramic linings of aluminum pipelines.

Modificators

Modificators for metal casting - dosed tablets based on thermite mixtures plastified with paraffin - cause the increase in hardness and plasticity of the castings.

Antiburning paint

Antiburning paint for covering cast-iron moulds used in casting the ferrous and nonferrous metals. It is supplied as two components (filler and binder) which are mixed before using.
