PULTRUSION TECHNOLOGY

for the production of polymeric composite material components (shaped and plain) A modular system with pulling device of 3,5 tons in force provided with auxiliary tooling.
A general-purpose environmentally safe technology allows the impregnation of reinforcing material with the binder, continuous filler advance, moulding with simultaneous binder polymerization, cutting (including laser cutting) of a finished profile to be carried out in one and the same process.
It is possible to manufacture all kinds of profiles (solid and lightened at the expense of a honeycomb core): with plane-parallel, triangular or round section, with several asymmetrical inner planes, tubular, stringer profiles with closed and open surfaces, with section area from 2 to 3000 mm, three- and five-layered panels with fillers for the interior and floor of transport facilities.
MATERIALS: glass, carbon and organic fibers or rovings, special-purpose quick-curing binders, pigments, fire-retardant additives, elastomers. The surface of the component can be braided (in order to increase the strength) or decorated in the process of manufacturing.

    DECORATIVE-LOAD BEARING PROFILES -

    ribbed, curved and conical CFRP components with a decorative coating from carbon fabric of various colours for the structures used in motorcycles and cars: silencer shells various cover plates, etc. The use of decorative profiles:

  • eliminates the following product finishing
  • assures weight saving of no less than 30% as compared to metallic analogs
  • raises the service life of automobile units owing to the lack of corrosion of the profiles protecting these units
  • ADVANCED FIELDS OF APPLICATION: railway transport, underground, sea and river ships, building industry, sports goods, medical equipment, architecture, interiors, instrument making.
