Glasses for liquid level indicators

are used in steam boilers, vessels for petrochemical products, in petroleum pipelines. They are manufactured up to GOST 1663-81.

Overall dimensions of liquid level indicators:

length from 140 to 340 mm,
width 28 and 34 mm,
thickness 17 mm.

Technical characteristics:

operating pressure up to 16 MPa,
light transmission coefficient per one centimetre of thickness no less than 85 %,
heat resistance no less than 220°C,
chemical resistance 1-st dimming class.

Sight glasses

are used in chemical, metallurgy, baking and other branches of industry. They are manufactured up to GOST 21836-88, type A,B,V.

Overall dimensions:

round glasses up to 300 mm in diameter,
rectangular and cubic glasses 300x300 mm in size.

Technical characteristics:

operating pressure up to 2.5 MPa,
light transmission coefficient per one centimeter of thickness no less than 85%,
heat resistance no less than 230°C,
operating temperature up to 400°C.

The service life of glasses for liquid level indicators and sight glasses is 1.5-2 times higher than that of analogues. Glasses withstanding the pressure of up to 30 MPa can be used at customer's request.
