based on organoelemental reactive oligomers are used for sealing (with the aim of moisture, dust, fuel and oil protection) printed circuit boards, radio, electrical and electronic equipment working in the air at temperature from -80°C to +200°C.

is intended for sealing radio and electronic devices working in fuel and oil and under increased humidity in the range of temperatures from -60 to +130 °C.

Shelf life at 20°C no less than 2.0 months

ELECTRICAL EMBEDMENT COLD-CURING COMPOUND KEU-1

is intended for sealing the elements of radio and electrotechnical devices and for the protection of these elements against the effects of moisture, salt solutions, benzine, oil, dust. The material is crack-resistant under cyclic variations of temperature from -40 to +150 °C. It adheres well to the materials (steel, copper, polybutylene terephthalate, aluminum, etc.) used in electrotechnical devices.

INSULATING IMPREGNATION COMPOUND PIK-220

based on thermosetting polyimide is used both for drop and autoclave impregnation of electrical machine winding units working in fuel and oil under increased humidity. One-component, heat resistance class N.

Cementation ability in a bunch on the PNET-imide wire at 20°C 270 N, at 180°C 220 N
100% retention of cementation ability after working in oil at 200°C during 1000 h
Dielectric strength at 20°C no less than 38 kV/mm

INSULATING IMPREGNATION COMPOUND MAR-9135

based on nonsaturated polyesters is meant for the impregnation sealing of electrical machine windings working in hydrocarbon oil and under increased humidity in the air. The compound is fungus resistant (level 2), does not cause corrosion in contact with electrotechnical steels.

Operating temperature from -60 to +315°C
Service life in oil at 200°C 500 h, in the air at 315°C 80 h
Dielectric strength at 15-35°C no less than 36 kV/mm
100% retention of cementation ability after working in oil at 200°C during 500 h
