Electroinsulating materials and antifriction plastic materials

POLYBISMALEIMIDE-BASED ELECTROINSULATING MOLDING MATERIAL IMILON-C

with glass fiber filler and technological additives is intended for the manufacture of electroinsulating components serviceable in all climatic zones at temperatures from -60°C to 250°C. The material is resistant to solvents, fuel, oil. It does not cause corrosion in contact with electrotechnical metals and alloys.

EPOXYIMIDE THERMOSETTING PLASTIC EIR

is intended for the manufacture of variously shaped electroinsulating components serviceable at 220°C for a long period of time (up to 10000 hours). The material offers higher mechanical properties than imilon-C and it is more processible. In the initial state the material consists of irregularly shaped granules with the particle size of up to 3 mm. It can be processed into components by the injection molding on the injection-molding machines, compression and transfer molding at 180 - 220°C.

GLASS-CLOTH LAMINATE STI - 91

based on glass cloth and bismaleimide binder is intended for use in structural and radio products which can work at 250°C in vacuum and in the air and under increased humidity for a long period of time (up to 1000 hours). The material is resistant to the effects of petroleum products at the temperatures of up to 250°C and at the pressure of up to 50 atm for no less than 10000 hours. The material withstands a short-term heating up to 300°C.

ANTIFRICTION PLASTIC MATERIALS OF MIALON SERIES

(Mialon-801, Mialon-812, Mialon-851, Mialon-871) based on thermosetting polyimide and solid lubricants (graphite, fluoroplastics, molybdenum disulphide) are ment for the manufacture of plain bearings, inserts, guides and other components by transfer and compression molding. The materials can be used for the production of thin-walled (with the wall thickness of up to 0.3 mm) complex-shaped components serviceable at temperatures from -60 to 250°C. The components from MIALON materials are resistant to the effects of fuel and oil, hydrocarbon gas, moisture of ambient air.
